1. Booking is now open to Friends of Grayshott Concerts and non-Friends (so everyone!) for any or all of the concerts scheduled for 2024.
2. You will not be required to pay at the time of reserving your tickets if you pre-reserve tickets more than 2 months before a concert.
3. Tickets will be allocated to successful pre-reservations two calendar months before a concert with priority given to Friends of Grayshott Concerts.
4. Assuming you are successfully allocated tickets a ‘request for payment’ email will be sent to you approximately 7 weeks prior to each concert for which you have ordered tickets.
5. Tickets will be emailed to you approximately 2 weeks before the concert (please print and bring with you to gain entry to the concert).
6. Please note following the end of the Priority Booking period - that ends 2 calendar months before the concert - any tickets you have pre-booked are yours and you must pay for them or find another taker. We will only accept cancellations if we have a waiting list for the concert.
